Multifamily Development

Located on a 3.75‑acre site in the Whites Creek area of North Nashville, this multifamily development explores the highest and best use of land zoned R8 while maintaining a residential scale that complements the surrounding context. The design reinterprets traditional multifamily living through a series of detached townhomes and condominiums, offering the character of single‑family homes with the efficiency of higher‑density development. Thoughtfully planned circulation, strategic building placement, and shared open spaces create a cohesive neighborhood environment that balances privacy, walkability, and long‑term value—resulting in a market‑responsive housing solution aligned with both the client’s goals and the evolving character of the area.

North Nashville Quadplex

Located along historic Jefferson Street in North Nashville, this quadplex serves as a contemporary tribute to place, culture, and sound. Designed for a client with deep family roots on Jefferson Street, the project draws from the corridor’s rich musical legacy, weaving cultural storytelling directly into its architecture. The façade and interior elements echo the layered rhythm of a sound mixer board—dynamic, expressive, and deeply connected to the creative energy that has long defined the area. A shared rooftop terrace crowns the building, offering sweeping views of downtown Music City and creating a vibrant space to gather, reflect, and look ahead.

Residential Design – New Construction

This kitchen is part of a 4,000‑square‑foot new‑construction home in Atlanta, GA, featured in the header of our website. Serving as the architectural heart of the residence, the kitchen is defined by openness, scale, and refined modern detailing. A generous linear island anchors the space, offering ample seating and reinforcing its dual role as a functional workspace and a social hub. Warm wood cabinetry pairs with sleek stone surfaces and integrated appliances to create a clean yet inviting material palette. Double‑height ceilings and a band of clerestory windows bathe the room in natural light, while sculptural pendant lighting adds rhythm and visual focus. The result is a contemporary kitchen that seamlessly blends form and function—crafted for everyday living, entertaining, and connection.
