Multifamily Development
Situated on a 3.75-acre site in the Whites Creek area of North Nashville, this multifamily development explores the highest and best use of land currently zoned R8 while maintaining a residential scale that fits the surrounding context. The design reimagines traditional multifamily living through a collection of detached townhomes/condominiums, offering the feel of single-family homes with the efficiency of higher-density development. Thoughtfully planned site circulation, building placement, and shared open space create a cohesive neighborhood environment that balances privacy, walkability, and long-term value, resulting in a market-responsive housing solution tailored to both the client’s goals and the evolving character of the area.
North Nashville Quadplex
Located along historic Jefferson Street in North Nashville, this quadplex is a contemporary tribute to place, culture, and sound. Designed for a client whose family roots run deep on Jefferson Street, the project draws inspiration from the area’s rich musical legacy, weaving cultural storytelling directly into the architecture. The façade and interior elements reference a sound mixer board—layered, rhythmic, and expressive—celebrating the creative energy that has long defined the corridor. Topping the building is a shared rooftop space that opens to sweeping views of downtown Music City, connecting past and present while creating a vibrant place to gather, reflect, and look forward
Residential Renovation
This 800-square-foot master suite renovation was designed to support a professional couple seeking a more streamlined, organized, and efficient home environment—both for today and for the future. The project reconfigures the bedroom, bathroom, walk-in closets, nursery, mudroom, and laundry into a cohesive and highly functional suite that simplifies daily routines while maximizing storage and flow. Thoughtful spatial planning, built-in organization, and flexible rooms allow the home to evolve seamlessly with the clients’ growing family, creating a calm, intuitive retreat that balances comfort, practicality, and long-term adaptability
Residential Design – New Construction
This kitchen is a part of a design for a 4,000sf new construction home in Atlanta, GA shown in our website home screen header. This kitchen serves as the architectural heart of the home, defined by openness, scale, and refined modern detailing. A generous, linear island anchors the space, providing ample seating and reinforcing the kitchen’s role as both a functional workspace and a social gathering area. Warm wood cabinetry is balanced with sleek stone surfaces and integrated appliances, creating a clean yet inviting material palette. Double-height ceilings and a band of clerestory windows flood the space with natural light, while sculptural pendant lighting introduces rhythm and visual focus. The result is a contemporary kitchen that seamlessly blends form and function—designed for everyday living, entertaining, and connection.
